Boil Water Notice Rescinded

June 22, 2021

*FOR CUSTOMERS OF THE STEPHENS REGIONAL SPECIAL UTILITY DISTRICT OFF OF COUNTY ROAD 315, NORTH AND SOUTH OF THE VILLLAGE INN AREA *

On June 20, 2021, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Stephens Regional Special Utility District public water system, PWS 2150007, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to a loss of pressure, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of June 22, 2021.

If you have questions concerning this matter, you may contact Gary Brockman, Field Operations Manager at 254-212-9980, Kelvin Nickell, Water Plant Operator at 254-488-2333. The District’s office, located at 206 FM 3099, Breckenridge, TX 76424, 254-559-6180.
